To honor our #BackToSchool Campaign, we want to highlight Marcus, class of 2024 at All Hallows High School, and some of the opportunities his time with SSP has brought.
As a student at All Hallows, Marcus has been able to explore his love of music. He started playing just this last November and performed with the All Hallows Modern Band during their end of the year Rooftops Concert. During the concert, Marcus performed nine of the 20 songs, two of which he sang and played bass at the same time!
All Hallows started a music program through an organization called Education Through Music two years ago. The music director Alfredo Hernandez has done such an amazing job with the students. Marcus is a founding member of the band and has performed for The Education Through Music Gala as well as Josh Groban’s Find Your Light Foundation Gala.
