Many of our students are the first in their family to attend college, which is where our College and Career Success program plays a critical role in supporting them and their family throughout the college application process. Our college program provides personalized college admissions advising, financial aid application assistance, campus tours, and college essay-writing support and workshops. The program has been highly successful, with Student Sponsor Partners graduates enrolling in college at significantly higher rates than New York City public school students from similar demographic backgrounds. 

Our Career Readiness program works closely with corporate partners and volunteers to prepare students for success beyond the classroom. Through internships, interview skills training, networking opportunities, career panels, resume-building workshops, financial literacy courses, and other career-focused programming, students gain the skills, knowledge, and professional connections they need to navigate college and their future careers with confidence.
